Hello, I’m Montserrat Navarro, the founder of Mama Earth LLC. Born in Mexico in 1997, I moved to America at a young age, carrying with me a love for family, food, and the sense of togetherness that meals bring. Growing up, I saw how food can connect people and nurture not just the body but the soul.

In 2022, inspired by the fast-paced lifestyles I witnessed all around me, I decided to launch a meal prepping business to make life a little easier for busy families and individuals. Between juggling work, household chores, grocery shopping, and cooking, finding the time to prepare healthy, delicious meals can feel impossible. I wanted to create a solution that saves time without compromising on quality, nutrition, or flavor.
